Let's learn CHEMSKETCH

In the previous class, we got to learn something new which was interesting, catchy, and also "nerve-wracking" sometimes. We finally got to learn how to use Chemsketch! Hurray!!!

Hey wait a minute......What is Chemsketch by the way??

According to our uncle google, ChemSketch is a freeware for educational use. It can be used to produce structures of organic molecules, names of organic molecules as well as Lewis structures, 3D structures, space filling models or ball and stick models, among other things. It makes our life as chemistry students easier.

Okay, here are the things that we learnt  to draw by using Chemsketch :
  • Energy of Reaction Diagram
  • Different Kind of Orbitals
  • Vacuum distillation Apparatus
  • A Two Chain DNA Strand
  • Lipid and Micelles
  • Creating Table
Before we get started, we need to download the freeware version of Chemsketch. CLICK HERE TO GET CHEMSKETCH

We will show you step by step tutorial on how to draw in the next post.
see you later.
